It is compatible with the high-yield XL and XXL cartridges from Canon and uses the PGI-280 black and CLI-281 color ink cartridges. Photo printing is a terrific use for the Canon PIXMA TS9520a. More vivid and detailed images with superior color accuracy are produced by it than by other printers in its class. Because it is unable to replicate rich, saturated tones, images often appear somewhat darker than they did in the original.
