The HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e is a compact all-in-one inkjet printer oriented towards home and office use. It uses HP’s 936 ink cartridges and has a four-cartridge system (cyan, magenta, yellow, and black). In addition to printing straight from a USB flash drive, connectivity choices include Ethernet, USB, and Wi-Fi.
Two input trays with a total paper capacity of 500 sheets and automatic two-sided printing are features of this device. Optical character recognition and single-pass duplex scanning via the ADF are supported by its scanner. The latter, however, is software-based, thus in order to utilize the feature, you must have the HP Scan app. Three months of free ink with HP+ are included with this model.
Domestic use
For family use, the HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e is a fantastic option. With so many connectivity possibilities, this all-in-one is simple to use for every member of the household. It can print up to 23 black and 15 colour pages per minute, creates crisp documents, and enables automated double-sided printing. Because of its high page yield and inexpensive cartridges, it also doesn’t require much ongoing maintenance.
Sadly, photo printing isn’t its best feature; photographs come out excessively dark and with a substantial loss of fine details due to the poor print quality and limited colour spectrum.
Office use
The HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e is a great device for office use. It prints papers swiftly, crisply, and enables duplex printing automatically. In addition, it produces a lot of prints, which lowers the frequency and expense of maintenance. In the event of a paper clog, the sheet rollers can be easily accessed thanks to the design, which also offers a variety of connecting possibilities, such as Ethernet.
Although the scanner has several features, such as an automatic feeder and automatic single-pass duplex scanning, it is a little slow and produces skewed scans.
For students
For student use, the HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e is a great printer. It prints up to 23 black and 15 colour pages per minute, producing neat, high-quality documents quickly. Because of its cheap cartridges and great page yield, it has a very low cost per print. You can print straight from a USB thumb drive and link to the printer by Ethernet, USB, or Wi-Fi.
The lid hinges of the scanner have a little extension feature that facilitates closing the lid over bulkier objects, such as textbooks. Long, multi-page documents can be processed by an automatic feeder, but it’s a touch slow and results in skewed scans.
Black and white printing
The HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e is an excellent device for printing documents in black and white. This all-in-one inkjet printer generates crisp papers, prints a lot—up to 23 sheets per minute—and is very efficient. Its huge input capacity means you won’t need to replenish the paper trays frequently, and its automatic duplex printing feature eliminates the need for you to manually turn the pages while printing double-sided documents.
With its single-pass duplex scanning capability and ADF setup, its scanner is a bit slow—it can only scan six pages per minute. Tilted scans are also a result of the automated feeder.
Photo printing
When printing photos, the HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e works fairly well. Its high yield of colour prints combined with the affordable cost of new ink means that even with frequent printing, you won’t have to worry about expensive ownership costs. Its limited colour and low print resolution result in a noticeable loss of fine details, so the print quality isn’t great. Additionally, printed images appear unduly rough and dark.
